Your health and fitness goals are specific to you and you need a program that is designed to help you best achieve those goals. Apex Individual Programming is a well designed and curated training program, flexible and adaptable to you and your life. Using the True Coach App for programming and communication, your weekly progress can be recorded and tracked on the app, as well as messaging with your coach and video uploads. 

  • - 1 weekly coach check-in, including feedback

    - Custom programming delivered on a weekly basis, allowing for progressions and modifications

    - Number of workouts per week will depend on your goals and availability

    - Length of workouts will depend on your availability and goals

    - The type of workouts are designed to match your goals

    - Training can be done in any facility of your choice (depending on your goals, you may need access to specific equipment or facilities

Functional Fitness

Programming

Improving your fitness can seem like a daunting task, but you don’t have to do it alone! The start (or continuation) of your fitness journey can be made simple and approachable, regardless of your current fitness level. Apex Functional Fitness Programming includes scaling and equipment options for each movement, so you can always do the workouts, even if you don’t have access to all of the equipment! Delivered on a 4 week cycle, programming and progress can be tracked on the True Coach App, as well as messaging with your coach and video uploads for your weekly check-ups.

  • - 1 weekly coach check-in, including feedback

    - Programming delivered on a 4 week cycle

    - Each week will include five workouts

    - Each day includes warm up and the daily workout

    - Workouts will take an 1 hour to 90 minutes to complete

    - This program can be completed at most fitness facilities. Minimum equipment requirements will be: A barbell and squat rack, a bench, a pull-up bar, and dumbbells.

Personal Training

Personal Training is for individuals looking to work directly with a coach to complete their fitness goals. Some people find it easier to progress with the guidance, accountability, and education provided by in person, one-on-one coaching. If this sounds like a fit for you and you are in the Calgary area, email us to get started!

  • - One to two hour session available

    - Sessions will take place at the agreed upon times between client and coach

    - Currently, Apex is looking for a place to call home in Calgary, AB. Coaches can travel to you depending on the location you would like to train at

team Training

Team training is for groups and programs looking to work directly with a coach to improve the performance of team and each athlete. Improved performance doesn’t happen by accident. Athletes need appropriate programming delivered by a professional to ensure that they are going to be the best athletes they can be!

These in person sessions are completed with the help and guidance of a coach. If you are in the Calgary area, get in contact to get started!

  • - One to two hour sessions are available

    - Sessions will take place at the agreed upon times between teams and coach

    - Currently, Apex is looking for a place to call home in Calgary, AB. Coaches can travel to you depending on the location your team typically trains at

Tyler J. Tait

Tyler has been a strength and conditioning specialist for almost 10 years now. His journey started 17 years ago when he began coaching basketball and soccer. After working with multiple youth and collegiate programs, he found a passion for helping athletes improve their performance and prevent injuries.

That passion for training and helping people with their health and fitness has continued to grow. His goal is to give people of all ages and abilities quality programming to enhance their health, fitness, and every day lives. He finds immense joy in watching people put in the work, gain results, and achieve their goals.
